Joe is from Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, PA. He was in his position for 14 years as the Food and Beverage Manager overseeing eight a la carte venues as well as the beverage program. He is an expert in hospitality and has a servant’s heart.

About Vanessa
Vanessa joined the CCHH team in 2014 as the club Member Relations Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Membership Director in 2015. Prior to joining us here at the Country Club, she worked as a human resource coordinator in Washington DC. Vanessa graduated from Radford University with a degree in political science and sociology. About Susan
Susan and her husband Barry moved from Newport Beach, CA to Hilton Head in 1987 and she joined the team at CCHH in March 2018. Susan’s previous hospitality positions range from Tennis Teaching Professional and Racquet Club Manager to Group & Event Sales and Marketing Director for a local select service hotel. Susan enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as volunteering at her church and the Boy Scouts. About Steve
Stephen Sleyo is a chef with decades of successful experiences working in the culinary field. Stephen has experience working in four- and five-star hotels and high-end catering. He is strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and putting in the extra effort. Stephen developed his culinary skills working for Starwood Inc. and Marriot hotels Inc, becoming Executive chef at the age of 32. Stephen believes in the marriage fresh local ingredients and classical techniques to make eating a full experience.
Don Harring

About Don
Don Harring is a USPTA professional with over 25 years of teaching and coaching experience. He has served as a tennis director at various clubs in Connecticut and New York, most notably the Coveleigh Club in his hometown of Rye, NY from 1993-2006. After that Don spent five years as the senior tennis pro at the Armonk Tennis Club in Armonk NY. Upon his arrival in South Carolina in 2011, Don was an assistant pro at the Palmetto Bluff resort in Bluffton and was also the lead tennis instructor for the Savannah Area Tennis Association. August of 2012, Don accepted the Head Tennis Professional position at CCHH. Don had an extensive junior playing background having been a highly ranked player in the Middle Atlantic region and played Division 1 tennis for Furman University. He loves the game of tennis and hopes to create a comprehensive tennis program for all the members at the Country Club of Hilton Head.Don.Harring@clubcorp.com
Dori Palchak

About Dori
Dori Palchak has been the Fitness Director here at CCHH since 2007. Dori has been teaching fitness classes and running kid's programs here since 1993. Dori worked 6 years at the Health club at the Westin Resort and another 6 years at the Belfair fitness center before becoming full time here at CCHH. Prior to moving to Hilton Head in 1990, Dori graduated from NC State University in Raleigh, NC where she majored in Recreation Administration. Dori is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and regularly attends fitness conferences to continually educate herself on the latest fitness trends.Dori.Palchak@clubcorp.com
Kris Kodys

About Kris
Kris Kodys, PGA became the Head Golf Professional in May 2021. Kris is originally from Massachusetts prior to attending Coastal Carolina University where he received his Class A PGA Certification. Following graduation, he moved to Colorado where he was an assistant at Boulder Country Club before becoming the Head Golf Professional at the Ranch Country Club in Westminster, Colorado.
