About Sarah
Sarah is a graduate of Robert Morris University, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management. While at RMU, she was a four-year letter-winner on the NCAA Division I Colonials women’s golf team. She most recently was employed with Doubletree (Hilton) Hotels, and has also worked at Sharon Golf Club in Sharon Center, Ohio, and Ridge Top Golf Club in Medina, Ohio. During college, she served as a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern for the Akron Aeros, the AA Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. Additionally, Sarah has served as a volunteer instructor for the Woodlands Foundation’s “No Handicap Golf Club,” a non-profit organization providing enrichment to children and adults with disabilities, and as a youth instructor for The First Tee junior golf program. She is excited to bring her love of golf, culinary interests, and creative ideas to Diamond Run Golf Club in order to help achieve exceptional memb...

About Jack
Jack Nelson is Diamond Run’s Director of Food & Beverage. Jack led the overall Food & Beverage and Clubhouse Operations as General Manager at Arnold Palmer’s Latrobe Country Club. He also assisted in managing the F&B operations at the Arnold Palmer Invitational PGA event at Bay Hill Country Club in Florida.
Prior to working with Mr. Palmer in Latrobe, Jack was the Clubhouse Manager at Mission Hills Country Club and the Director of F&B at Leawood South Country Club in Kansas.

About Michael
Chef Mike attended Le Cordon Bleu and Ritz Escottier culinary schools in Paris, France and began his career at five-star, five- diamond resort, Registry, in Scottsdale Arizona. Here, he was the personal Chef for many dignitaries including President Bush and Margret Thatcher. After leaving Scottsdale, Chef Mike moved to the Pacific Northwest where he opened an award-winning bistro in Portland, Oregon that focused on fresh, local ingredients. Later, he moved to the heart of the Olympic National Park as the Executive Chef at Sol Duc Hot Springs where he won “Best Place in the Northwest to eat” three years in a row. Chef Mike moved back to Pittsburgh in 2016 to be closer to family and most recently was the Executive Chef at the Petersen Events Center at the University of Pittsburgh.
