Kickboxing Classes- 6 Week Series

Kickboxing Classes- 6 Week Series Every Wednesday | 6:30-7:30 p.m. January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5 & 12 60 min Cardio kickboxing/ Muay thai fitness class. There will be 9 stations. In which you'll spend 3 mins with 30 sec rest and repeated for the duration. This class will be a combination of aerobic and anaerobic training that will challenge your coordination, endurance, and mental fortitude. Latin Flare Cardio Class- 4 Week Series

Latin Flare Cardio Class- 4 Week Series January 10, 17, 24, & 31 | 6-7 p.m. Cathy Nelson from Dance Forever will be teaching 4 weeks of the areas most popular Latin Club dances like Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Cha Cha! Dance Forever is celebrating 14 years of turning 2 left feet into 10 twinkle toes. Week 1: Merengue is a perfect party dance characterized by change of weight on each beat of music. Week 2: Salsa means "spice" and is an energetic social dance that can be danced alone or with a partner and uses three weight changes for every 4 beats of music Week 3: Bachata has basic move side to side for 3 beats and marking the 4th beat with accented hip movement. Week 4: Cha Cha is the most challenging of the 4 styles due to its fast movement to syncopated music. 4 Weeks, $80 Members | $100 Guests Registration Required - 727.784.8576 x3863 Want more information?
