About Aaron

Aaron joined the East Lake Woodlands team in January, 2022, coming to us from our sister club, Countryside, where he started his Invited career in 2017. Aaron grew up in Dunedin and is a graduate of Warren Southern in Lake Whales, Florida. He has spent over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry and gained his experience at numerous local and national chain restaurants. Aaron has a tremendous drive and passion for all aspects of hospitality; he demonstrates that daily through his goal-oriented approach and result driven mentality. Aaron’s goal is to ensure that Members have a phenomenal Club experience every time! When he's not at the Club, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 wonderful children.

About Andi

Andy Bianchi has been with the Tampa Palms team since 2010 as an MRD and as Sports Center Director since 2014. Originally from Rome, Italy, he came to study English as a second language in 1996 in Miami, Florida. After 3 months of super-intensive courses, he attended Florida International University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Andy worked for Intercontinental Hotels, Sofitel, Bentley Luxury Suites hotel in Miami Beach, Crown Golf and Invited for the last 10 years. Andy is fluent in Italian, Spanish and French and he is a certified pool operator. He is passionate about sports in general and considers his job a privilege. "You know it is not your typical 9-5 job when your office is surrounded by tennis courts, a pool, a gym and 80 children screaming and playing. Having worked in the past for big hotel chains where customers go and come daily, I really enjoy building long-lasting relationships and enriching member's lives as well as my own!"

About Vinze

Vinze was born in South Africa and immigrated to the U.S with his family in 1990 to the Rocky Mountain state of Colorado. He grew up with a love of sports and a passion for the outdoors. He graduated from Colorado State University and has spent most of his career in the field of sales and finance. In May of 2019 he made the move to Clearwater, and since then couldn’t be more excited to call the sunshine state his new home.

About Pam

Pam joined the East Lake Woodlands team in 2008.  Originally from New Jersey, she owned and operated her own restaurants, in both NJ and NY,  before moving to Florida in 2003. She knew at 18 that the hospitality industry was what she wanted to be a part of and has never looked back.

About Bill

Bill came to East Lake Woodlands in 1994.  A native of Rhode Island, he began his career in food and beverage when he was 13 years old as a dishwasher at a local diner.  After leaving Rhode Island, he started at ELW as a banquet server and bartender and has steadily climbed the corporate ladder ever since.

About Tim

Chef Tim joined the East Lake Woodlands team n 2014.  Originally from upstate New York, he now resides here in Oldsmar with his wife Kristen and son Milo.  Tim trained at the Culinary Institute of America in  Hyde Park, NY and with over 17 years of kitchen experience, he still loves to experiment and create.

About Sandy

Sandy has been with East Lake Woodlands since 1992. Originally from Connecticut, she moved here to escape the cold and enjoy the beaches with her high school sweetheart and husband, Joe.  Sandy has been recognized twice with Invited’s National SuperStarAward for her outstanding job performance.

About Craig

Craig joined East Lake Woodlands in 2020. He has been a PGA Member since 2005, working in all facets of the golf industry. He and his family moved to the Clearwater area from St. Louis in 2017.  When not at ELW, he enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie and their son Braxton. He is an avid fan of all FSU sports teams and the St. Louis Cardinals.

About Aimee

Aimee joins us from Pinehurst, North Carolina, where she was the Director of Tennis at Pinehurst #9 and Head Pickleball Professional, a part of the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club in North Carolina. Prior to Pinehurst Aimee was at the New Orleans Country Club and Longwood Cricket Club in Chestnut Hill, MA. Aimee played tennis at East Carolina University and her husband Rolf played at Rollins College. They met on a tennis court and have two boys, Peter and Alexander. They are all so happy to be a part of the East Lake Woodlands Country Club!

About Tanya

Originally from Rochester, NY, Tanya moved to Palm Harbor while in high school.  She fell in love with fitness in her 20’s and made it her career in 2008. About Matt

Matt was born and raised in Tampa, Florida.  He started playing golf when he learned to walk.  He discovered his career path while attending the University of Florida.  It was also there that he met his wife, Danielle, who also grew up in Tampa.   They have two beautiful baby girls and are thrilled to be able to continue their careers in their hometown among family and friends. 

About Matt

Matt comes to us with over 25 years of experience: teaching all ages and skill levels from Division 1 athletes to adults and children. Matt has been nationally ranked #5 in Men's Doubles and #15 Nationally in Singles. He is a two-time Talbert Cup Champion, holds over 25 Mid Atlantic Singles and Doubles Championships and is a three-time USTA 5.0 National Champion. Matt oversees both the Tennis and Pickleball Programs here at East Lake Woodlands. Originally from Baltimore, he enjoys spending his free time with his family and three dogs.
