Chef Brian believes in using fresh local ingredients and has taken it a step further by teaming up with Wellborn 2R Ranch, a historic property in Henrietta, Texas, about two hours northwest of Dallas. Cattle have been grazing on their ranges since the 1870s, accompanied by generations of families and cowboys that have tended them. The combination of optimal cattle-growing land and the accumulation of 150 years of experience allows them to produce some of the best, all-natural Prime Black Angus beef. Their commitment to excellence ensures each customer receives a superior beef product with transparency throughout the process.

Our La Cima Corn Chowder with blue crab has been a Member favorite for decades and is a must try. Texas beef is also a tradition and we showcase a variety of prime beef cuts on our menu thanks to our close relationship with 2R Wellborn Ranch in Henrietta, Texas.
