About Mary
Mary Grover joined Monarch Country Club this past June, prior to this, Mary was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for multiple regions of Invited.
Before joining Invited Mary worked for a variety of Golf Club Companies in both Sales Management and Club Operations Management. Mary started
her career in the Hospitality Industry after graduating from college in her home state of Minnesota where her passion for service began. With over 30 years
of club/hospitality experience, Mary stays connected with a vast network of industry experts and resources to improve the member experience of the club.
She and her husband Dennis, have two children, Andrew and Megan. Mary appreciates the friendly and welcoming Members of Monarch Country Club,
making it a true gem of the treasure coast community.
Beth Robertson

About Beth
After moving to the Treasure Coast with her husband in 2005 from Miami, Florida, Beth began working at Monarch Country Club as an Administrative Assistant. In 2007, she was offered and accepted the position of Membership Director in her first sales position. She has since then been the recipient of numerous Invited Sales Awards and is a Member of the President’s Club. Over the years, she has enjoyed building relationships with Monarch Members and having the opportunity to meet and welcome new Members as they make the decision to join the Monarch family! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family to include her daughter, son & daughter-in-law, and two wonderful grandchildren.

Over two decades of operational and management experience in the food service and hospitality industry including all aspects of marketing, sales, event organization, coordination, execution, and client experience. Exceptional ability to identify client’s needs, develop clear communication and resolve concerns. Awarded winning top producer within the company. Over 350 letters written to Mr. Marriott and/or corporate commending my customer service and client satisfaction.
Samantha de Laski

About Samantha
Before beginning her career at Monarch CC in May of 2019, Samantha skated her way through life. She was a competitive figure skater and later a professional skating instructor, training competitive figure skaters, power skating for hockey and children as young as 18 months. Additionally, Samantha has extensive experience in client relations, event planning, philanthropy and education.
She thoroughly enjoys her days at the Club, her ability to connect members to the club and one another is her strong suit. In her spare time, she enjoys, mountain biking, paddleboarding, roller blading and most of all spending time with her husband and 3 children.

Beth Olsen
Restaurant Manager

About Beth
Beth joined Monarch in February 2014 as a server. She then became a Captain, Banquet Manager, Service Director and Currently Restaurant Manager. She finds Monarch to be her Home away from Home and feels a close bond with Staff and Members.
Beth also works with a Disaster Relief Company, Field Kitchens. During difficult times such as hurricanes, she leaves to feed the hard-working Men and Women that are sent to build back a community that has been in the path of its destruction.
Beth mostly enjoys traveling. Her passion for cruising has taken her on 40+ cruises and to many countries. Her favorite being Ireland, with next on the list Italy.
Frank Dobbs

Played in five major championships consisting of two U.S. Opens (Hazeltine 1991 and Pebble Beach 1992) and three PGA Championships (Riviera 1995, Winged Foot 1997, and Valhalla 2000). Married 35 years to Sandra Dobbs with four children and 6 grandchildren.
Jerry Impellittiere

About Jerry
Jerry Impellittiere has been a PGA member going on 45 years. He played on multiple tours including the PGA Tour, Champions Tour, and Canadian Tour. In addition, Jerry has competed in five senior major championships. Monarch Country Club has had the pleasure of Jerry’s great instruction for five years. Jerry has achieved certifications in Titleist Performance, PGA Hope, V1 Pro Master Video Technology, and stack and tilt along with accolades of MET PGA Teacher of the Year and Golf Range Top 50 Instructor.

A fifth generation Floridian that grew up in Sarasota and has lived here my entire life. I started as Superintendent at Monarch in August of 2000, prior to working here I was at The Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter for 3 years and for 3 years prior to that at The LPGA International Course in Daytona. An avid fisherman and diver who loves the outdoors and enjoying the sunrise every morning on a beautiful golf course.
Cyrus Krefting

About Cyrus
Cyrus Krefting is originally from Cincinnati, OH. Cyrus attended Ferris State University, majoring in Professional Tennis Management. He arrived at our club with a passion for the sport of tennis and a dedication to its players. Cyrus has a history of training sectional ranked players in the Florida, Mid-Atlantic and Southern sections of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). He has been involved in several USTA programs including RalleyBall and Quickstart Tennis. While at Ferris State, Cyrus competed in the NIRSA Midwest Championships, advancing to the National Championships. He has also played In the USTA Florida State Championships at the 5.5 level. He enjoys introducing tennis as a lifetime sport to all ages. Cyrus’ goal is to provide positive and memorable experiences for the members and guests of Monarch Country Club.
