Brett has been in the fitness industry since 2007. Brett’s primary focus is to help clients develop healthier lifestyle habits to reach their health and fitness goals. Including strength training, efficient cardio training, mobility training, functional training, as well as Nutrition Coaching. He is a graduate of Northwood University with the following certifications: National Personal Training Institute-Lisle, IL, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Crossfit-Level 1 Certification, National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Science, E-New Leaf Metabolic Technician Certification, Power Plate Certification, Viper Certification, National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nation Academy of Sports Medicine Behavior Change Specialist, Nation Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist, PTA Global Exercise and Stress Management.
