About Molly
Molly Kirk was born and raised in sunny Florida. She chose to attend the University of North Florida to continue to enjoy the warm weather. She set forth in the hospitality industry while in college at TPC Sawgrass, home to PGA TOUR headquarters, and world-renowned golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach that hosts THE PLAYERS Championship. She stayed with TPC Sawgrass for more than thirteen years, working in all facets of the company, but mostly in Private Events. She has an eye for detail and a great passion for fulfilling the vision of clients on some of the most important and memorable days of their lives. She moved down to Orlando with her family in January and is excited to be a part of the Citrus Club family.

About Elba
Elba Ortega-Cruz migrated to the United States in 1988 from Nicaragua to pursue her passion for helping others. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College and began her career. Today, Elba has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry working with several industry leaders such as the Ritz Carlton, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Bulla Gastrobar with a passion for service and keen eye for details, Elba has flourished throughout her career. Elba's exceptional management skills and her ability to build relationships with her clients makes her a highly sought after partner. She joined the Orlando community nearly 15 years ago and has developed deep relationships throughout the central Florida area, which makes her an asset for City Club Orlando. Personally, Elba enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, along with the rest of her extended family.

About Reiner
Chef Reiner graduated from the Disney Culinary Apprentice Program in 1995 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. While at Disney World, Chef Drygala apprenticed for the United States Culinary Olympic Team and worked under world class Master Chefs. There he worked in 17 different kitchens on Disney property. After leaving Disney, Chef Drygala moved to Colorado and worked in a restaurant in Breckenridge where he learned to prepare game meats such as elk, rattle snake and black bear. Next he moved back to Florida where he became a corporate trainer for Darden and opened seven restaurants all over the United States.Chef Reiner is an active member of the American Culinary Federation (the foremost authority on food in the United States) since 1992, while still in high school. Chef Drygala was awarded “Culinarian of the Year 2010” and “Chef of the Year 2011” by the Southwest Florida Chefs Association.
