About Eric

Eric is entering the General Manager role at Hartefeld National with three years of experience as the Club's Director of Golf. In the Director of Golf role, he oversaw a revitalization of golf programming and operations. Before his role as Director of Golf, Eric served as a Senior Assistant Golf Professional for seven years at Wilmington Country Club. His earliest experience in the golf industry was at Ocean City Golf Club in Ocean City, Maryland, where he served as Lead Assistant for four years. Eric graduated from Goldey-Beacom in 2009 with a degree in Business Administration. He played on the college's Division II golf team and enjoyed Hartefeld National as the team's home course. Eric is coming into this role with over 15 years of golf industry experience, including over ten as a Class A PGA member.

About Stacy

Anastasia (Stacy) Krick has joined us as our new Membership Director. She is a talented, results-producing sales and marketing professional with 25+ years of experience in developing sales and marketing tools, executing successful campaign programs, and driving growth in targeted markets with demonstrated success and service as her top priority. Prior to joining Hartefeld, she held sales and marketing positions at White Manor CC and Philmont CC in PA, Colonial Heritage Club in Williamsburg, VA and Carolina Trace Country Club in Sanford, NC with over 10 years in the industry. Prior to the country club membership and catering market, she held executive positions in the software/hardware, pharmaceutical and Healthcare IT areas. Stacy is very excited and passionate about serving our community through our membership relationships. She has a degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing.

About Brianna

Brianna is from Wilmington, Delaware and is a graduate of the University of Delaware. She began her career in hospitality 10 years ago at The Hotel DuPont. Prior to her arrival at Hartefeld National, Brianna held the position of Catering Sales Manager at The Hotel DuPont. In her free time she enjoys playing golf and disc golf. Brianna loves spending time with her family, friends and her Australian Shepherd, “Cubby”. She is thrilled to be at Hartefeld and looks forward to assisting the membership with their Private Event needs. 

About Aubrey

Aubrey graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 and has been a valued food & beverage team member at Hartefeld National for four years. During this time, she has grown her knowledge and experience in all aspects of food and beverage. Aubrey is excited for the chance to take a leadership role within the Food & Beverage Department. When Aubrey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. 

About Daniel

Dan was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut and was a 2011 graduate of Johnson & Wales University.  After graduation, he moved to Delaware and began working at Hotel DuPont in the Green Room. Dan joined the Hartefeld National team in 2016 and worked for three years as the Executive Sous Chef.  In 2019, Daniel became the executive Chef at Taverna Wilmington but is thrilled to return to Hartefeld National as the Executive Chef.  When he's not spending time in the kitchen, Daniel can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters.
