About Kirstin
Kirsten holds 400hrs of Yoga teaching certification and is also a certified, experienced Flexologist. Kirsten’s approach to Vinyasa Yoga is very creative, safe, updated and informed by current research in the field of tissue mechanics. She aims to help participants improve movement patterns, prevent injury, move joyfully, and achieve mental regulation.

About Donna
Donna describes herself as a Serial Learner. If it looks interesting, she learns it! After 20+ years in the fitness industry, this learning has added up to both breadth and depth of expertise but biggest goal is to get people moving and have fun with it. “I’m serious about your safety and fitness, but not so much about myself,” she says. Donna’s qualifications include: Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Duke Integrative Medicine Integrative Health Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, as well as multiple group fitness formats including TRX, indoor cycling, aquatic fitness, Barre, and seven Les Mills programs. Donna’s hobbies include the usual cooking, reading, and traveling, but perhaps the more unusual hobby is casting bronze.
Asia Morganthaler

About Asia
Asia started practicing yoga in her 20s, at the studio where she taught aerobics. But it wasn’t until 2010, after a running injury, that she became fully immersed in her practice. She loved how the asanas helped her body build strength, flexibility, and balance, and at the same time, cleared and focused her mind.
Her vinyasa yoga classes are multi-level with options for both the beginner and the more seasoned yogi. She loves to create fun and dynamic sequences and encourages her students to listen to their body as they practice. Her hope is that her students will step off the mat feeling better than when they started.
Sharath (Shar) Nair

About Sharath (Shar)
Whether it’s strength development, mobility training, or cardio conditioning, Sharath’s got you covered! An AFAA Group Instructor, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he is comfortable coaching groups or one-on-one. He’s also certified in CPR, indoor cycling, aqua fitness, TRX suspension training, and several formats of dance workouts. In his free time, Sharath likes to cook, replicate Pinterest projects, or add to his indoor-plant cemetery.

About Mouna
Mouna’s career in Group Fitness is the result of pure hard work, seat, and motivation. Seventeen years ago, Mouna was a participant in group fitness when she was given a chance to grow her passion into a lifestyle and profession. Her classes are challenging, fun, and chock full of energy leaving participants feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to come back for more! Mouna is a an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She holds additional certifications with TRX, Schwinn Group Cycle, and Les Mills BodyPump and GRIT Series.
