About Bill "BT"
"BT", whose career has included managing, consulting and/or owning clubs spanning 31 years on three continents, has dedicated his life to the resort and private club business. His extensive and colorful career has taken him from Texas to Spain, Switzerland and South Africa, and now, back to the Lone Star State.Since 1999, BT has co-owned and served as Director of Atlantic Beach Country Club in Capetown, South Africa. Prior to that, he served Invited in leadership positions in the Houston area where he started as an Associate Manager at Kingwood Country Club and went on to serve as General Manager at Quail Valley Country Club, The Club at Falcon Point and the Westlake Club.In 1994, BT took on international assignments for Invited, moving to South Africa where his tenure included serving as Director of Operations at Mount Edgecombe Country Club in Durban, and Regional Manager for Erinvale Golf Club in Capetown and Silver Lakes Country Club in Pretoria as well as Country Club Johanne...

About Matt
Matt is a Class A PGA Member with 30 years of experience, the last 15 in Invited. Matt has been at Canyon Creek, Brookhaven and Stonebridge Ranch and also served as the Regional Director of Golf for the Central Region. Matt is a University of Texas alum and began his career at the Kapalua resort in Maui, Hawaii. Matt was Head Professional at all 3 courses during his tenure at Kapalua, including the first Head Professional at the Plantation course, host of the PGA Tour season opening event. After 10 years in Hawaii, Matt made his way back to Texas and was the Director of Golf at Bentwater Country Club in Montgomery, north of Houston. Matt joined Invited in 2003 and is excited to lead the golf operation at Timarron.Matt has been married to his wife Bridget for 26 years and have 2 children; their son Austin is a Junior at Oklahoma State and daughter Mackenzie is a Junior at Lovejoy High School.

Kirby Sutton is a California native who most recently came from Las Colinas Country Club. Kirby has a background in food and beverage as well as customer service. She is eager to use her knowledge gained from her years in the customer service industry to ensure each Member has a wonderful time at Timarron and is able to maximize their experience to the fullest.When she is not hard at work, Kirby enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, wine tasting, books, and loves outdoor activities.

Dave grew up in New Orleans, LA, and started playing golf when he was 8-years-old. His first golf coach was his Dad. He graduated from LSU in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.His passion is to create new golfers, help golfers improve their skills and advance to new levels. Everyone needs to have the Game-Of-Lifetime-Fun bring joy to their lives!Dave is a PGA Master Professional in Teaching and Coaching and PGA Quarter Century Member. He has given more than 10,000 lessons and been awarded Teacher of the Year (Southern Texas PGA – Western Chapter), Junior Golf Leader (Southern Texas PGA) and is also a certified First Tee Coach.In 2000, after 12 years as the Head Golf Professional at Sherwood Forest Country Club in Baton Rouge, La., Dave moved to Austin, Texas, where he served as the Director of Instruction at the Onion Creek Club and then became the Director of Instruction and Programming for the First Tee of Greater Austin.In 2010, he married his Aggie wife ...

About Aaron
Aaron comes to us with over twelve years’ experience, most recently at Flintrock Falls Golf Club in Austin, TX for the past six years. Prior to this, he was at Oak Hills Country Club in San Antonio, TX for six years. He has been a Member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association since 2009. Aaron is very excited to be a part of the Timarron family. He has been a part of numerous Champions Tour and PGA Tour events and is a lifelong golfer. Aaron prides himself on consistent course conditions and developing strong golf course maintenance teams. Aaron is looking forward to meeting everyone.

About Heather
A Certified Club Manager with the Club Management Association of America, Heather Crutcher joined the team at Timarron Country Club as the Clubhouse Manager in October 2019. She has been in the hospitality industry for over twenty-nine years and managing in the private club industry since 1998. Over the course of her career, she has held management positions at clubs in Tennessee, North Carolina, Nebraska and Oklahoma. She is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University. Her husband David is a native Texan, and they are excited to return to a place where they are passionate about living.

About Leo
Chef Leonor Wilford, known as “Chef Leo”, has been in the food and beverage industry for over twenty years. Leo, graduated from Johnson and Wales University, with an A.S in Culinary Art Science and a B.A in Hospitality Management.Chef Leo has a very diverse background, starting her career in fine dining establishments. During this time Leo gained her career experience in Miami, at the Cheeky Monkey in the Blue Moon Hotel, The Gaucho Room in the Lowes Hotel, Suva on Lincoln Road, and as a Sous Chef for Nobu in Miami Beach. After her daughter “Tamara” was born, Chef Leo decided that she wanted to take her creativity and passion for food to improve and change the mentality of Child Nutrition Services in Schools. Chef Leo relocated to Texas where she became the District Executive Chef at Keller ISD for Sodexo. Lucy has been with us since April 2018 and has worked both as a server and as a beverage cart attendant. Before Timarron, she spent 3 years in the hospitality industry. Lucy relocated to Texas three years ago from Colorado Springs, CO. We are excited to announce that Lucy will be moving into our Member Relations Coordinator position. In speaking with Lucy, she said: “it’s the relationships that I’ve built with the Members is why I love my job and I am excited to carry that into the Member Relations role”. Her primary role will consist of Club Communications, Marketing and Member Events.Lucy is looking forward to continuing to build on those relationships as well as foster many new relationships in her new role.

About Brittany
Brittany grew up in Southlake and is so excited to be back in her hometown helping our Members achieve their health and fitness goals. Exercise has always been a passion of hers starting as an Emerald Belle and a member of the Cross Country and Track teams. Brittany has a master’s degree in exercise science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as a Certified Nutritionist, and has been in the fitness industry since 2014 with experience in cardiac rehab, sports performance, and personal training. Continuing education is the backbone of delivering high-quality and results-focused training programs. She is a YPSI Licensed Trainer (Germany), has taken multiple courses in program design, and is here to be your source of information on anything from exercise execution, nutrition, lifestyle modifications (i.e., sleep, stress, etc.), and any other questions or concerns you have about the Fitness Center.
