Compete against fellow Members from around the country for the chance to be a ClubLife National Tennis Champion and enjoy a week unlike any before. Lunch on the veranda overlooking tennis action. Dinner atop Kate Mountain, with a Bluegrass Band and craft cocktails in mason jars. Cap off the night at the roulette table or around a roaring fire. Tournament Format
- All teams will be guaranteed (4) matches competing against members from throughout our Invited Network of clubs
- Doubles Divisions based on Combined Player Rating – 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0
- Scoring is 2 sets with a match tiebreak for the 3rd set
- Teams will advance from Pool Play into Bracket Play

Getting There
The Greenbrier is located in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia and conveniently situated off Interstate 64 just west of the Virginia/West Virginia border and just east of Lewisburg, WV.

Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB), is served by UnitedExpress and operated by SkyWest Airlines. Greenbrier Valley Airport is located only 15 minutes away from The Greenbrier. United Express/SkyWest offer daily flights to and from Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Washington Dulles (IAD) Airports. SkyWest partners with United, Delta, and American Airlines.
Other airports convenient to The Greenbrier include Roanoke, VA (ROA) and Charleston, WV (CRW). Both airports are approximately 90-minutes from the resort.
Shuttle service from all area airports can be scheduled through the resort.
The Greenbrier can also be reach by train. Amtrak offers service from Union Station in Washington D.C.

Single Occupancy - $3,400 per person (one player / one king bed)
Attendee + Guest - $4,600 per couple (two persons / one king bed or two double beds)
Attendee + Guest - $3,800 per couple WITHOUT EVENT MEAL PLAN for Guest (two persons / one king bed or two double beds)
Attendee + Guest - $4,600 per couple WITH EVENT MEAL PLAN for Guest (two persons / one king bed or two double beds)
*Pre/post room nights and room category upgrades can be booked directly through The Greenbrier at an incremental cost. Special contact information and group booking code will be provided to players when their online registration is confirmed.
Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
- Online Registration Form and Full Payment Required to Reserve Spot in the Field
- All players are required to stay at the Tournament Host Hotel to be eligible to participate in the event
- Players will have the choice to pay via their Invited membership account billing or by credit/debit card when submitting their online Registration Form. We outsource processing for credit/debit card payments to a third-party vendor who applies a 2.9% + .30 credit card fee to any credit card payments.
- Membership account billing will be processed when online registration closes
- Entry Deadline is April 1, 2022 at 11:59 EST unless the maximum field is achieved sooner.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
In the event a player elects to cancel their Tournament entry more than 45 days before the Tournament begins (May 16, 2022), he/she will receive a full refund of their previously paid Tournament Fee. If a player pays their Tournament Fee via a credit/debit card, they will receive a refund check. If they pay their Tournament Fee via their membership account, such billing will be credited back to that membership account. In the event a player elects to cancel his/her Tournament entry and/or reservation 45 days or less before the Tournament begins, he/she will forfeit their previously paid Tournament Fee as liquidated damages at the time of such cancellation.
