John Daly
John Daly turned pro in 1987 and joined the PGA TOUR in 1991. He won the PGA Championship that same year, along with earning PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year honors. John won the British Open in 1995 and went on to win the Buick Invitational in 2004, which earned him the PGA TOUR Comeback Player of the Year distinction. He is without a doubt one of the most loved players in the history of the game.
Ross Berlin
After beginning his career providing legal services to sports and entertainment facility owners and working with the World Cup, Ross Berlin joined Eagle International Group and managed projects for the 1997 Ryder Cup. His career with the PGA TOUR began in 1999 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the World Golf Championships and Presidents Cup. Ross left the TOUR in 2005 to represent LPGA legend Michelle Wie as part of the William Morris Agency. He rejoined the TOUR in 2007 and filled a variety of roles until his retirement in 2021. When it comes to the business of golf and the incredible growth we’ve witnessed in the professional end of the business, Ross has had a front row seat for all of it.
Lanny Wadkins
The World Golf Hall-of-Famer won 21 PGA TOUR events over the course of his playing career, including the PGA Championship. The former U.S. Ryder Cup captain is recognized as one of the fiercest competitors of his generation.
In 1970 Wadkins won the U.S. Amateur Championship before turning professional in 1971. He captured his first professional victory in 1972 and was voted Rookie of the Year. He won THE PLAYERS Championship in 1979 and was voted PGA Player of the year in 1985.
He played for the U.S. in the Ryder Cup eight times between 1977 and 1983, tying the highest number of appearances by an American at the time, before later captaining the team in 1995. He joined the Champions Tour in 2000 and divided his time between competition and broadcasting for CBS Sports as its lead golf analyst until 2007. Wadkins is recognized as a brilliant TV commentator with unmatched knowledge of how to win on the biggest stages.
Mark Russell
Mark Russell grew up about 70 miles from Greensboro, North Carolina, where he saw his first TOUR event as a kid. He played golf at Elon and was Director of Golf at Disney before joining the PGA TOUR in 1981. Mark worked with some of the world’s most famous tournaments as a Senior Tournament Director until his retirement in 2021. To say that he has seen it all is beyond an understatement.
